How we handle contributions
Purpose is respected
Money given for a specific programme goes only there. Any change of purpose is made in writing, with the giver’s agreement.
Who decides
The foundation’s board approves budgets, use of funds and our public statements.
What we report
Confirmed amounts, with the date of each update. We never show pledges as money received.
Documents
Activity reports and financial statements
We have not yet published reports on this site. We will add them here, by year, once the board has checked them. For the period of reduced activity we will not publish reconstructed or estimated reports.
Results from the archive
Results of the 2002-2011 projects are on the project sheets, with figures exactly as they appear in the foundation’s records and no totals added by us. Projects and archive
Documents for partners
Some documents are not published because they contain personal data or signatures: identity documents, signed contracts, bank documents. We make them available to a funder on a justified request, through a designated person.
