We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do right now, so you do not lose time.
Emergency: call 112
If you or someone else is in danger, call 112 now. It is the emergency number in Romania and across the EU, free from any phone.
What we cannot do right now
The foundation is preparing to restart. At the moment we do not provide counselling, material aid, shelter or support for victims, and we cannot respond to crises. Our phone is not staffed around the clock.
What we can do
If you write to us, we will reply as soon as we can and, where we know, tell you which institution to contact. For social support, the first place to ask is the public social assistance service at your local town hall.
Please do not send us medical details, identity documents or information about other people by email or WhatsApp.
