We start from a real need
A project begins when we know who needs help and what kind. We do not invent programmes to fit a grant.
A foundation in Arad, Romania, which since 2001 has worked with young people, families facing hardship and public institutions. We are now preparing to restart.
To help people in the Arad community where well-organised support makes a difference: young people who need a trusted adult or a place to get involved, families going through a hard time, people trying to rebuild their lives.
The foundation’s name means "for friendship" in Romanian. The motto on our old banners is still the same: together for others.

A project begins when we know who needs help and what kind. We do not invent programmes to fit a grant.
Most projects in our archive were run with the Arad Probation Service, the police, the child protection directorate, schools and Arad City Hall.
We publish what is documented, with the year and source. When we do not know something, we say that too.
A restricted contribution is used only for its purpose, and the report shows how.
